This was my first visit with Dr Durham. Was seeing Dr. Greiner but was not really happy. She never came to see when I was In the hospital during my six days at Methodist. She sent Dr Durham and I was truly Impressed by him. Dr Durham is AMAZING; a proactive doctor. Sorry, but I never had that with Dr Greiner.

I landed in ER for what I thought was heart problems. Tried to get an appointment with Dr Durham but office would not give it to me any sooner that 4 weeks. About 1.5 Weeks later I was scheduled for echo stress test and got a notice of cancellation today after 4pm because insurance approval still pending. Request for that was not sent in from the office until yesterday (7/27) and my test is supposed to be tomorrow 7/28 8.45am. Insurance said it takes 2 days for approval, which I am sure is quite standard. I am leaving out of country Monday 8/2.Sure would like to have had this test done before my trip!

The only issue I had with a staff member was upon registering for my appointment, I asked for a copy of the my bill I owed, instead she read it out loud in front of me and other patients in the waiting room, I was very embarrassed by what she did and was not appreciated.
